A Sellers Documentation Pack (SDP) is a collection of documents relating to a property. It is a legal requirement to have a SDP prior to marketing a residential property for sale.
What does a SDP contain?
1) An Index of information contained within the pack
2) A Sale Statement containing basic information about the property
3) Evidence of Title and a Title Plan
4) A Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ)
5) A copy of the lease (for leasehold properties only)
How do I get a SDP?
If you instruct Terraa Homes to sell your property, we can organise the SDP for you.
Do I have to use Terraa Homes to obtain my SDP?
No. You are free to create your own SDP.
Do all properties need a SDP?
The majority of properties will require a SDP, however there are a small number of exceptions.
